L-839 - Analyst, Carrier Billing Services

Role purposePurpose of the role is to do data analysis and operational activities to be performed for carrier billing team.The role requires basic knowledge of billing systems (Kenan and IOA) and also to have logical mindset to always look out for improvement items and bring effectiveness via automation/process improvements.The role also requires to work in close cooperation with stakeholders like Finance, IT, SalesKey accountabilities:Ensure accurate and timely update of reference data configuration in Interconnect system like Trunks, Switch,Network Operator set up.:Ensure accurate and timely update of tariffs into the Interconnect system.:Should be able to handle customer invoicing and supplier invoice reconciliation.:Should be able to analyse the data correctly as and when required.:Should be able to analyse error/suspense cdr's and provide timely resolution.:Prepare reports and graphs as and when required..:Understands the Customer and Supplier concepts and its handling in systems accordingly.:Adherence to SLA and KPIs, and reporting:Should come up with innovative ideas for effort reduction and process improvements.Skills and Experience:1+ years of experience in Telecom billing operations and process improvements:Basic understanding of Interconnect billing system:Good knowledge of SQL:Good knowledge of MS Excel:Basic understanding of Python:Hands onexperience in Data Analysis:Experience of working and handling Telecom Billing processes like Supplier Invoice Reconciliation, Tariff Management, Customer Invoicing, Suspense Analysis:Should be able to work on excel/advance excel for generating internal reports,to manage productivity and to perform analysis for stakeholder groups.Behaviours:Excellent communication along with listening skills to clearly communicate, influence and understand the requirements clearly without any ambiguity:Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.:Personal focus on continuous improvement and innovation.:Excellent interpersonal skills; able to coordinate effectively within virtual team spread at many locations and across the different teams in India and Europe:Ability to critically analyse the things from various perspectives:Ability to understand highly complex processes and conceptualize those.:Demonstrates excellent decision:Making skills and focused on success:Displays a high level of initiative and works proactively**Benefits**:In addition to offering competitive salaries and incentive plans, a range of benefits and local rewards packages are offered to staff.Colt recognises the importance of a work life balance.Some benefit examples are:Flexible working and relaxed dress code:Two days annually to spend on volunteering opportunities:Flexible benefits scheme:Access to a virtual business school for on:Going learning:Business mentoringLI:DNI
