And, we're just getting started!With over 1,200+ global FlyMates, representing more than 40 nationalities, and in 12 offices worldwide, we're looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow.We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to join us in Spain and support us as we continue to elevate the operational capability of our People Team!As a Senior Manager at Flywire, you'll be driving the implementation and global coordination of Flywire's People Team programs & processes in accordance with Flywire's values, enabling the People Team's vision and operating model as well as Flywire's Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity ideals.Responsibilities:Driving cross-functional, global collaboration and delivering on all People Operations goals, processes & programs in consideration of Flywire values/cultural norms, company practices & policies, applicable regulatory statutes, market practices and compliance requirements throughout the entire employee life-cycle.Advising and managing sensitive employee relations information/cases in collaboration with the Global People Partner team, legal, and external stakeholders in a confidential, documented and effective manner.Regularly collaborating and maintaining cooperative relationships with the People Team's Centers of Expertise (COEs) including Talent Acquisition, Experience, Total Rewards, L&D; as well as cross-functional collaboration with global People Team partners (i.E., payroll, IT, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc).#J-18808-Ljbffr
