Write test typologies.
Document complex test procedures (business process reconciliation, onboarding, etc.).
Establish easily reusable (or documented) test suites.
Develop the test base.
Validate stories.
Validate post-development stories (development environment and/or future staging).
Perform functional and non-regression testing (manual and/or automated).
