How you will create an impact: You will develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for real estate services, including leasing, property management, and related services.
Leading real estate projects from business request through office selection, contract negotiation to office move-in in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers will fall under your responsibility.
Your role will involve identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and optimization of real estate-related procurement activities.
Your responsibility will also include delivering timely project read-outs, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and engaged and preparing necessary leadership decisions as needed.
You will evaluate, select, and manage relationships with real estate service providers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements.
Collaborating with our local office leads, legal and finance teams to review lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and standards will be essential.
You will work closely with finance teams to develop and manage budgets related to real estate expenditures.
By staying abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate procurement, you will be equipped to navigate real estate sourcing activities.
You will play a key role in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with real estate transactions and contracts.
About you: You hold a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, strategic sourcing and procurement supply chain or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Your professional journey boasts a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in strategic sourcing, with a focus on real estate services, facilities, and transactions.
