But also:Your ability to think and act on bachelor-level experience with HR systems, and in possession of SAP certifications.Experience in a customer-oriented role.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; additional local languages (especially Dutch or German) are a bonus.Which tasks can you expect?As a seasoned SAP HCM Consultant, you will start your journey at SD Worx SAP Solutions. You will be certified as a SAP SuccessFactors consultant, and you will slowly transition towards being a cloud-based matter expert. Together with experienced SuccessFactors colleagues, we will guide and coach you along the way.Once you are in your role as consultant at SD Worx SAP Solutions, you will identify and analyze our customers' requirements in order to digitalize their HR processes. You will translate these into process flows that are up to par with HR best practices. You will take responsibility for the entire project lifecycle and ensure successful implementation and integration between modules. To achieve this, you will work closely together, not only with your team members, but also with our customers' key users.
