We built medical Practice Management Software as a SaaS. We help 260,000 doctors and clinics focus on treating patients and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We also run a service that allows 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor, and we currently have 19 million bookings per month coming online or through our software.
Our global team of 2,700 across offices in Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico City, Bogotá, Curitiba, Rio, and Munich and Berlin make this happen.
We're funded by some leading VCs - Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine and Target Global - and so far we have raised over €450m. Currently, we're on around €180m ARR (60% yoy growth) and are going to reach profitability in the first half of 2024!
We are now looking for a talented Strategic Project Manager to lead growth initiatives across the organization. The job is remote friendly in Europe.
Job Description
As our Strategic Operations Manager, you'll spearhead initiatives to scale project operations across multiple countries, collaborating with stakeholders and partners to optimize performance. You'll be the linchpin between local operations and product development, leveraging your project management expertise to shape the future of healthcare accessibility. How would you be impacting our mission?
You will lead growth initiatives related to scaling multiple international project operations.Engage with stakeholders and maintain relationships with partners such as local project managers, IT teams, product teams, and third parties.Follow up on the project's main KPIs, problem-solve, and define and implement initiatives to achieve our objectives.Act as a connection point between local operations and product.
Qualifications
What will help you thrive?
Have 4-5 years of experience in Project Management Operations in Tech scaleup or startup.Have excellent skills in analyzing and synthesizing data to provide actionable recommendations. Utilize analytical models and frameworks to suggest appropriate actions.Understand what it takes to be a successful executor: establish and maintain strong stakeholder engagement, including the ability to create and maintain relationships with local teams and global stakeholders.Have excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) including strong reporting and presentation skills; Spanish is a plus.
Which skills are 'bonus points'?
Background in engineering, economics, or business administration.Background in management consulting and/or Startup environment.Have an entrepreneurial mindset, think solution-oriented, and bring experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing start-up environment.
