The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Alibaba culture as the organization grows and scales.
Responsibilities: Work with Miravia business team to understand business strategies, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and support bold growth and innovative changes.
Manage end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and exits.
Plan and execute cultural events and programs to cultivate a positive culture and to celebrate key business milestones.
Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees.
Position Requirements: Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment.
Experience working with senior management in an "influence-without-authority" role.
Can confidently express your opinion, based on thoughtful data analysis and organization diagnostic insights.
5 years of progressively responsible HR experience required.
Recruiting expertise will be a plus.
