Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior Paid Media Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media team.You'll set up, manage and monitor campaigns across multiple platforms (Programmatic, Social and Search).Your primary responsibilities will include:Setting up campaigns in Google Ads and META.Performing regular pacing and performance optimisation of campaigns across multiple platforms.Technical QA of campaigns and troubleshooting any issues.Helping account management teams with forecasting and planning for the clients.Creating Monthly and QBR decks, writing insights and recommendations around campaign performance.Working on weekly/biweekly performance reports.Collaborating with the account management and other teams to identify and promote any opportunities to improve performance of campaigns.Training our teams on accounts/processes.QualificationsProficiency in Google Ads and META is required. 5 to 7 years of experience and demonstrated expertise in Ad-Operations and end-to-end campaign management across different channels (Programmatic, Social and Search) is essential.Fluency in Italian and English language skills is required given the scope of work and clients. You should demonstrate attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.You will be adept at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
