The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing global teams across multiple time zones, particularly in the US, UK, Spain, and South Africa. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our people strategy, ensuring our HR policies and practices align seamlessly with our business objectives.What you'll be doing:Remote Operating Implementation: Design and implement scalable remote policies, procedures, and frameworks to support a fully distributed, multi-timezone workforce within our main hubs.Ensure that remote work practices are effective, efficient, and aligned with business goals.Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and well-being in a remote work environment.Collaborate across departments, including with finance and operations teams, to ensure alignment between people processes and overall business objectives.
