.Buscamos :El puesto de Marketing and Communications Executive asiste al Manager de Marketing y Comunicaciones en la promoción del hotel y sus puntos de venta a través de las diferentes acciones relacionadas con el Marketing y la comunicación.
Colabora en la creación e implementación de todas las acciones de Marketing del departamento, incluyendo pero no limitándose a: Creación e impresión de material colateral, promociones y paquetes, publicidad, análisis de mercado, sesiones fotográficas.
Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen :- Planificar, coordinar y aplicar las directrices de marketing de la empresa; - Mantener la base de datos de huéspedes actualizada para acciones de mailing masivo; - Colaborar con el departamento de F&B para promocionar los outlets del hotel; - Ayudar en la creación del plan de marketing y medios de comunicación; - Crear presentaciones del hotel y coordinar merchandising y resto de materiales colaterales; - Mantener actualizados los bancos de imágenes; - Actualizar el contenido y fotografías de la página web y redes sociales; - Comunicarse y coordinar con el resto de departamentos internos, especialmente con ventas y relaciones públicas, para estar al tanto de las novedades del hotel, incluidas actividades, promociones y tarifas.
What we are looking for :The Marketing and Communications Executive assists the Marketing & Communications Manager to promote the hotel and its outlets as the market leader through Marketing activities.
He/ She will be responsible for assisting in creating and implementing all Marketing activities, including but not limited to: Creation and print of collateral, promotions and packages, advertising, market analysis, photo-shootings.
The job is executed satisfactorily when :- He/ She assists to plan, coordinate and implement company´s marketing guideline; - Maintains guest´sdatabase for mailings; - Liaises with F&B department to promote F&B outlets; - Assists in the creation of the media and marketing plan; - Creates office presentations and coordinates giveaways and collateral; - Uploads and maintains picture storage and distribution systems; - All content and photography of the website and social media is maintained; - Communicates and coordinates with internal departments, especially sales and Public Relations regarding the latest developments in the hotel.
