Directing and managing application of specific project controls methods, techniques and tools with a good working knowledge of a variety of techniques on a range of project and programme complexity.Directing and managing a team of professionals delivering projects controls services and responsible for staff development.Evaluating trends and communicating analysis and corrective measures effectively in a complex project environment using numerical and statistical techniques as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Leading application of specific project controls methods, techniques and tools.Good working knowledge of EVM and project controls methodologies.You'll need to have:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to be part of a high performing team.Attention to detail.Experience of working on construction projects and/or consultancy.Experience of delivering effective PMO and project controls/assurance frameworks/strategies.Good knowledge of PMO and project controls tools, techniques and software (e.g. MS office and Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6 and RiskHive).Understanding of construction/delivery lifecycle and/or consultancy.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
