.As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for contacting customers assigned using various channels, working closely with the inside sales representatives to convert leads into opportunities, and providing a positive and memorable experience to each customer. Duties and Responsibilities Research and identify leads to boost sales in the specific region/territory. Capture and report all relevant data. Positively impact sales through customer interactions, with a consistent increase in conversion rates. Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided. Achieve and exceed KPIs set. Build meaningful connections and profile the customers assigned to improve quality data and segmentation. Expert understanding of products with the ability to demonstrate products and services. Provide a positive and memorable experience to each customer. Work closely with the inside sales representatives to convert leads into opportunities.
