Regional Head of Operations - Care Delivery SpainDirects and grows Spanish dialysis business through effective leadership and management of all aspects of quality patient care and is responsible for commercial and financial management. Practices cost containment strategies, maintaining profitability and growth while ensuring compliance with applicable company and regulatory standards. Develops short- and long-term business strategies for the country, translating them into tactical plans, strategic initiatives, and the annual business plan to meet business needs. Monitors achievement and reports results to the General Management, develops corrective actions where necessary, and assists the divisional management with the development, implementation, and management of divisional and company initiatives and strategies.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinates and drives local Business Development activities by monitoring local market access relevant trends as well as reimbursement strategy and negotiations.Creates an efficient and effective management, organizational, and operational structure of the clinic organization and clinic network including personnel, material, pharma, infrastructure, and patient services.Directs the dialysis operations providing leadership and guidance regarding quality patient care and financial management.Implements operational efficiency improvements which may include, but are not limited to, the standardization of systems, quality control, safety, site selection, facility design#J-18808-Ljbffr
