Previous customer contact experience is not required but is appreciated.Responsibilities:You will answer questions from customers regarding:Changes to customer dataNetwork or servicesInquiries about subscriptions and/or servicesInvoices and paymentsQuestions about appliancesIn addition, you will be responsible for cross- and upselling various services/products.Requirements:Are you the Inbound Contact Center Agent we are looking for?
