For a customer based in the center of Valencia, we are looking for Inbound Contact Center Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch, along with English. Previous customer contact experience is not required but is appreciated.
Responsibilities:
You will answer questions from customers regarding:

Changes to customer dataNetwork or servicesInquiries about subscriptions and/or servicesInvoices and paymentsQuestions about appliancesIn addition, you will be responsible for cross- and upselling various services/products.Requirements:
