Oliver Wyman is now looking for a Talent Manager (Staffing/ Resource Management).
This role is based in the Paris office.

The OpportunityWe are looking for an exceptional individual who will have a dual role.
This person will support both Office Services and Marketing departments.
From an Office Services perspective, the role will focus on delivery and provision of day-to-day facilities tasks and operational activities for the Madrid office.

Key responsibilities of the role include:Office Services:Answer calls for Oliver Wyman, in a courteous and professional manner, prioritizing as appropriate.
Provide assistance and information to callers, re-direct calls as appropriate, take and relay adequate messages when required.Book meeting rooms and ensure their logistics including general set up/clean-up of rooms, catering requests, liaising with Technology Services for audio and video conferencing requests.Book couriers, parking spaces and catering as requested, ensuring requests are properly recorded and allocated to the appropriate cost code.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, copy/binding requests and large mailings.Ordering, stocking and inventory management of office, kitchen, and office stationery.Work effectively with all departments and staff members as needed to handle requests and to fulfill common goals in a proactive and customer service manner, escalating to the Office Manager when appropriate.Providers set up and invoices administration.Assisting in other administrative support tasks, as requested by the management.Marketing:Monitor and measure the impact we have in press to continually improve the effectiveness of our campaigns.Support with updates on the Spanish and Portuguese websites.
Keep it up to date through the localization of international reports and press releases, as well as with local campaigns.Development and distribution of the monthly internal marketing newsletter.Help in coordinating the design of web materials, such as banners, exhibits and charts, reports and articles, with our in-house design and digital teams.CRM implementation: track local and CMT (Communications, Media and Technology) campaigns in our global CRM tool, list management and data analytics.Support the development and implementation of marketing events: design of external mails, co-ordinate responses to event invitations, support with contact searches and data manipulation.Help enhancing the local influencers program.Helping build the firm's local presence in social media.Support with internal daily requests.Who we think will be perfect for this role:You'll have excellent client services skills, be a self-starter and comfortable in an environment that is fast-paced and growing.You'll have minimum 2 years' experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity (both client services and administrative experience are a must).You'll have previous marketing or communication experience which will be highly valuable.You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Spanish and be able to deal with people at all levels across a multicultural environment.You'll be a team player who has experience of and has enjoyed working as part of a team.You'll be customer service focused - dedicated to meeting expectations, executing deliverables to the highest standards and committed to ensuring that the best professional OW image is projected all the time.You'll have the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage one's own time.
