Job Description Summary : The Grid Automation (GA) Sales Leader will be responsible for defining the business plan in the South Europe sub-region for the different GA sub-PLs (Product, Systems, Service, M&D; , CIC) to deliver the expected growth.
He will develop the strategy for the country in deep coordination with South Europe GS Sales, GA subPL Segment Leaders in the region, and Regional Sales Leader.
He/she will manage the PSS Sales team in the region within the frame of strategy, business plan, operating plan, and policies defined at Grid Automation level for ERCIS Region.
He/she will lead the actions for the region growth monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.He/she will report directly to the GA Regional Sales Leader.Major ResponsibilitiesIn coordination with GS Sales team and GA Segment Leaders, define GA strategy in the subregion, have vision, understand competitors' positions and implement appropriate organization.Manage Go to Market and GA channels deployment strategy.Convey strategy in sales plans with the team, including himself as individual contributor.
Drive business development in higher margins markets and opportunities.
Promote customer relation, intimacy, and satisfaction, develop strategic customer relationships with key decision makers.Deliver commercial results for the complete GA portfolio, including financial & market share objectives, managing key commercial performance indicators such as order intake and margin in orders.Set objectives for each sales specialist of his/her region and ensure their alignment with the defined Operating Plan.
Promote empowerment and drive accountability in the team members.In deep coordination with the Tendering team, assure the delivery of quality, on-time, and winning offers to our customers.Support new product launches in the Region, help to accelerate customer/country specific Product qualifications.Provide feedback of market needs to the PL concerning new development requirements.Foster the identification of new business opportunities, develop business, and identify new opportunities to grow market share.Ensure Prices are established based on target-winning price, with a view on market conditions (competition, customer budget), always considering PL directives.Ensure the Speak is utilized and updated timely by all stakeholders to its full capacity.
Own the accuracy of orders, commitment, and convertible orders forecast at the regional level and serve as the focal point for the Regional Sales Leader to provide the sales forecasts.QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeKnowledge of the disciplines, 10 years minimum experience in the industryPrevious experience in the sales function in the energy business, commercial customer knowledge, and established relationshipsKnowledge of pricing, costs, and product accounting, analytical skillsExperience in carrying out market assessments and subsequently developing and implementing relevant commercial strategies that facilitate market penetration.Ability to understand and improve processes in a cross-functional environment.Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused, enthusiastic.Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided : No#J-18808-Ljbffr
