The People Analytics & Reporting Specialist will be part of the People Analytics team responsible for the reporting of HR Data Analytics.
This role will support in ensuring needs and requests for People Data are covered in addition to proper analysis for decision-making purposes.

Your key responsibilities: Support the People Analytics reporting process with the preparation of agreed global HR reports and dashboards. Generate ad-hoc reports & queries to provide metrics & insights to the HR organization to facilitate informed decision-making. Identify and reconcile deviations & address business requests on People data for issue resolution. Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic planning and enhance HR processes. Support the preparation of executive presentations to report & translate HR data and analytics for a wide range of audiences to convert data findings into recommendations. You bring: University degree in Engineering, Business or Economics required. 0-2 years working experience, ideally with the ability to analyze, manage and validate large sizes of data. Good knowledge of analytics tools and solutions (PowerBi, Python, SQL, Power Query and similar) with understanding of databases and data structures. Data-driven mindset with high level of quality standards, strong detailed orientation, and hands-on proactive mindset. Methodic, structured, analytical, and creative problem-solving, with project management skills, good communication, and team player. Our recruitment process: Are you interested in this role?
