Your mission: We are looking for a self-motivated Country Manager based in Miami, Florida to help with Playtomic's expansion into the U.S. Padel market. As our CM you will lead all operations to ensure the profitability of Playtomic in your region. Responsibilities include creating new business opportunities and leading sales efforts, writing budgets and reports, and assessing regional performance.
What you'll be doing:
Autonomously leading operations and sales in the United StatesProactively seek new business opportunities in the padel marketReport to the Chief New Markets Officer on weekly resultsResearching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordinglyImplementing an effective strategy and ensuring consistency, with a clear goal maximizing market share in PadelLiaising with Headquarters to adapt strategy to the target market needsMaintaining a good image of the organization at all timesOur Ideal "Player":
Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in business administration, management, finance or sales preferredSpanish or English native with professional proficiency in the other languageProven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Representative, Account Manager or similar role and understanding of sales performance metricsIdeally experience in dynamic environment (startup, consulting, investment banking)A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learnThe ability to provide excellent customer serviceExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)Racket Sports lover!What's in it for you:
