Our Business Intelligence team collects the most accurate and up-to-date internal and external data.
They enable the business to make data-driven decisions by democratising data.
Amongst many exciting challenges, you will: Be a mentor to the junior analysts on the team Create efficient processes to prioritize data requests and maximize the output of the team Proactively identify strategic opportunities for the product team via data analysis Collaborate with the central data team to improve data infrastructure & processes Help create a leading product Data Program to support Global Savings Group vision and advocate a data-driven culture We are a match if you have: 4+ years of experience, leveraging data to drive business and technical decisions 1+ years of experience mentoring junior team members A proven track record of running A/B tests, starting from ideation to evaluation.
You can deal with tricky datasets and you're not afraid to dig deep to understand the data behavior A good working knowledge of SQL; Python is a plus Experience in delivering easy-to-read impactful dashboards (we use Tableau) A solid understanding of statistics and statistical methods Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into data tasks Entrepreneurial, data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgement through analytical thinking Excellent English level; any other language is aplus Are you up for it?
