Our Business Intelligence team collects the most accurate and up-to-date internal and external data.
They enable the business to make data-driven decisions by democratising data.
Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:Be a mentor to the junior analysts on the teamCreate efficient processes to prioritize data requests and maximize the output of the teamProactively identify strategic opportunities for the product team via data analysisCollaborate with the central data team to improve data infrastructure processesHelp create a leading product Data Program to support Global Savings Group vision and advocate a data-driven cultureWe are a match if you have:4+ years of experience, leveraging data to drive business and technical decisions1+ years of experience mentoring junior team membersA proven track record of running A/B tests, starting from ideation to evaluation.
You can deal with tricky datasets and you're not afraid to dig deep to understand the data behaviorA good working knowledge of SQL; Python is a plusExperience in delivering easy-to-read impactful dashboards (we use Tableau)A solid understanding of statistics and statistical methodsExcellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into data tasksEntrepreneurial, data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgement through analytical thinkingExcellent English level; any other language is a plusAre you up for it?
