Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Agent will be:

A native-level proficiency in German and a C1 level of EnglishA strong technical understanding or interest in the technical field - Previous experience in troubleshooting favourableLiving in BarcelonaStart availability on 06/08 and 12/08Excellent listening skills and proficient communication abilitiesA drive for excellence and professionalismStrong teamwork skills and dedication to collaborative successExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleA valid Spanish work permit (required).
