The Human Resources Manager reports to the Executive Director of CI-Bolivia. They are responsible for managing the human resources of the Bolivia Program, this position must have close coordination and communication with the Operations Director. All the tasks in the Human Resources area: recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, performance management, actuarial analysis, implementation of occupational health and safety, updating of salary bands, and other local regulations of the Bolivian Ministry of Labor and others are under the responsibility of this position. The Human Resource Manager will also manage the organizational development processes and the human talent strategy in line with the values, principles, policies, and best practices that promote an excellent work environment and a high-performance organizational culture and must ensure compliance with all local labor regulations, regional and global policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supporting the different Directors and Managers in review processes for new positions, job descriptions, selection, and recruitment.
Responsible for the coordination of induction processes for new personnel in the different areas, local, regional and global, as appropriate, as well as reinforcing and updating Human Resources policies for existing personnel.
Responsible for compliance with contractual processes framed in local legislation under the supervision of the Executive Director, in coordination with the Operations Director, and under the guidelines of CI's lawyers, at a global (GCO) and local level.
Responsible for compliance with HR system requirements.
Responsible for internal and external audit processes related to personnel and their respective files.
Responsible for supporting the Operations area in the follow-up and monitoring of vacations and staff absences, through periodic reports.
