This presents excellent opportunities for highly motivated, experienced professionals who enjoy working closely with the business units and Kimberly-Clark's supply base to drive strong value delivery and collaborative partnerships.We are looking for a Procurement Manager Marketing for the EMEA Region, with Category Management responsibilities for Kimberly-Clark's purchasing in Marketing across the region.Location : We offer a hybrid model for the Madrid Office.Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure that the company requirements for the category are fulfilled with optimum quality, service, and total cost of ownership, consistent with the needs of our internal business partners, market opportunities, and meet our short and long-term requirements.Manage communications between K-C suppliers and our internal business partners to ensure ongoing business needs are met.Develop and maintain expertise on vendor selection, relationships, and negotiation.Maintain close, cooperative relationships with key business partners, enabling the development of relevant, forward-focused category strategies.Operate with an E2E Supply Chain / Business mindset, and in partnership with BU, ensure service continuity, continuous improvement, and maximized value delivery to enhance K-C brand equity and ultimately improve K-C's level of profitability.Maintain collaborative relationships across Procurement and leverage these relationships to drive value for the EMEA business and support the needs of other regions.Ensure that internal control requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner.Qualifications and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree and significant experience in Procurement/Supply Chain/Marketing, ideally in a complex global/diverse environment.Problem-solving experience in reducing total costs and improving processes.Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills.Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving business environment.Extensive experience in stakeholder management.Self-motivated and assertive with internal and external contacts.Skilled negotiator/results-oriented.Relevant experience in the category area would be an advantage.Fluent in English.Some travel will be required as supply and business partners are located across the region (all travel is planned in advance and therefore should not be a barrier for applicants with family/career commitments).Please submit your CV in English as it will be considered by English speakers.#LI-HybridHealth, safety, and wellbeing are of paramount importance here at Kimberly-Clark
