Your role Be the first customers' contact. Guarantee customer satisfaction, providing assistance, and solving their application questions, issues, and needs. Redirect to the technical team the issues found that need to be rethought, corrected, or clarified. Create a good relationship between ELCA and customers. Document standard application processes and uses, as a guide for the customers. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Able to explain complex issues clearly and comprehensibly, as well as guide customers to a solution with patience and expertise. Ability to work proactively, independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German. French is a distinct advantage. Familiarity with database systems and SQL queries is a plus.
