In order to pursue this objective, we are looking for bar-raisers, people that want to work hard, have fun, and make history with us.About the Role Fever is looking for a Marketing Mix Manager who is passionate about technology and B2C marketing.This is a rare opportunity to have a huge business impact on a hyper-growth company, helping to diversify its marketing mix across 4 continents. This new team member will be responsible for researching, testing, and implementing new channels into our marketing mix. As we add channels to our mix, we will continue to iterate while implementing changes from our conclusions alongside the marketing teams. We expect this person to be independent and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across Growth, Acquisition, Product, and Creative Performance. This role requires maturity, flexibility, intellectual curiosity, outstanding analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ideas and quickly turning them into actions.On your daily basis, you will be responsible for: Research new channels, especially digital ones. Understand the possibilities that each channel brings to our marketing mix. Control all the requirements of each channel: technical, creative, financial and organizational. Research methodologies for testing and validating the performance of each channel. End-to-end testing process management, involving different stakeholders from other marketing departments
