As a Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will:Provide travel-related information, and pro-actively suggest additional services to enhance the customer's travel experience.Offer expert advice and consultation to our travelers, including detailed travel information, itineraries, and potentially suggesting upgrades and additional services that align with the customer's needs.Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests.Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.About you:Extensive experience in the travel industry.Solid working knowledge of the travel policies, procedures, and processes.Knowledgeable of travel industry systems Sabre (preferred) or Amadeus.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.High level of self-reliance and decision-making ability.Demonstrated professional customer service skills.About us:We are the Media & Entertainment division of BCD Travel, one of the world's largest and most admired travel management companies.
