This role is responsible for leading the Procurement, Replenishment, and Logistics arms of our Supply Chain team.
Reporting directly to our Director of Supply Chain, this is a full-time, on-site position at our facility.
Remote work is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic planning to optimize supply and transportation logistics, ensuring products are always where they need to be. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Sourcing, Product Development, and Maintenance. Utilize your critical thinking skills to drive operational excellence while leveraging our robust procurement system. Solve complex supply chain challenges with innovative solutions. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Is a forward-thinker and can quickly grasp problems, creating effective solutions. Can influence and motivate others through strong storytelling, even when faced with complex decisions and process improvements. Builds partnerships and trust quickly, both internally and externally, and takes ownership of business impacts. Is proficient with data analytics, able to translate large volumes of information into actionable insights using tools like Excel (experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker is a plus). Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Values teamwork and contributes to the collective success of the team. What You'll Achieve: Analyze business and inventory data to understand performance drivers, predict outcomes, and generate insights. Use data-driven insights to shape inventory strategies and improve business decisions. Become a strategic partner by collaborating across internal teams, assessing business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and devising solutions. Ensure the accuracy of demand forecasting and identify key monthly opportunities. Maintain KPI reporting and accuracy of item-level data. Establish and maintain scorecards for annual goals, focusing on critical KPIs such as on-time/in-full delivery and inventory availability. Anticipate and resolve vendor or supply chain issues before they escalate. Essential Functions: Purchase raw materials and finished goods based on production schedules, inventory levels, and cost. Negotiate contracts with carriers and logistics providers.
