We are looking for someone who is able to integrate Jeff Capital in each involved department's processes. This person should have the ability to understand Jeff's internal workflows and insert Jeff Capital within that structure, keeping the information updated & the stakeholders informed.What will you do?Responsibility of the project from implementation through completion.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support the project initiative in collaboration and alignment with stakeholders.Develop full-scale project plans and monitor adherence to master plan and schedules.Align time schedules with stakeholders.Monitor project performance to ensure the team stays on approved timeline, manage budget performance, identify risks involved in a project and mitigate those risks.Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Reporting of project activities through module KPIs (i.E., project/product cost, time, quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction).Be self-motivated, able to think quickly and address problems as they arise.Drive a high-performance culture through strong leadership, and effective team management using varied resources across multiple geographical, departmental, and organizational silos.Experience & skills required: Academic background in business administration, engineering, finance, or related field (Bachelor's minimum, ideally Master's).Professional background of at least 2 years in Technology, Financial Services, Consulting, or relevant industries.Fluent in English is a must.Fluent in Spanish is a nice to have.Based in +/- 2 from CET
