We are seeking a dynamic Medical Technology Sales Specialist who will be responsible for achieving product sales to new and established accounts, thereby accomplishing sales objectives and ensuring greater market penetration within the medical technology industry. This role is critical in driving profitability and efficiency, particularly in the management of accounts and materials in a rapidly evolving medical technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:Attain sales goals, including market share objectives.Implement strategic market development and field marketing activities to increase product reach.Schedule appointments and deliver sales presentations to a diverse healthcare professional clientele.Develop and tailor customer and product-focused presentation packages for enhanced sales impact.Coordinate Professional Education activities to boost Healthcare professionals' knowledge base.Regularly visit customer locations to gather order information and assess market conditions.Conduct contract and tender management tasks while managing an assigned territory within budget constraints.Liaise with logistics to confirm product availability and manage inventory effectively.Execute promotional activities at the national, regional, and local levels aimed at advancing sales in targeted product lines.Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.Participate in sales forecasting for business planning and report to management.Prepare comprehensive sales reports and necessary documentation.Communicate relevant market information to management for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on cost-effective account management and material handling, and possess the agility to adapt to the continuous changes in the medical technology sector. This role is eligible for sales incentives and commissions, reflecting the critical importance of the position in driving the company's financial success.
