This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to influence and drive Analytics capability across the region.As the Data Analyst you will: Support the on-going development of comprehensive Dashboarding solutions with our strategic business analyst teams and other stakeholders that gather multi-source data for analysis. Data sources include but are not limited to productivity delivery, chat and call quality, performance, creative, sales, offline, site analytics etc. Dashboarding must be effectively and in real-time integrated into all primary data sources, e.G., Adobe Analytics, LUCI Sky Dashboards etc. The Data Analyst will use Dashboarding to identify further insight that can be actioned by our strategic business analyst teams, in relation to media, data and creative performance and ensure this is clearly communicated to all stakeholders. Explore and support the development of how Adobe Analytics and automation can be used to 'export' output directly into our media buying ecosystem. Track and monitor execution and performance of Inside Sales Representatives for EMEA eCommerce, including revenue delivery. Position Requirements: At least 3 years relevant working experience, across Data Agencies, Technology supplier or Call Centre. Experience working with or for a multi-market supplier desirable. Deep understanding of principles and tools of Analytics and reporting (e.G., Dashboarding). Experience of working with and mining 'big data' in a Workforce Management context. Strong ability to communicate complex themes clearly and effectively.
