What you will do: You proactively identify and drive performance improvement initiatives with the partners, while guiding them through every step of the platform journey.Derive actionable insights from data analysis and discussions with internal and external stakeholders.Synthesize and present performance figures to Merchants and senior management.Ensure that our partners comply with WOW concept's Marketplace guidelines and policies in their planning, forecasting, ordering, billing, restocking, merchandising, and programs.Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of current partners' operations and develop a joint action plan to address the issues.Who you are: You have gained at least 2 years of relevant experience working in a major consulting firm, a start-up, or a fashion e-player. Experience in supply chain, sales, operations, or key account management is a plus.You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills with a strong drive for problem solving and getting things done.You are comfortable managing long sales cycles with many stakeholders, including top-level management.You are organized and methodical, managing projects from initial outreach and negotiation to 360º concept creation, campaign execution, KPI tracking, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.You are technically and analytically savvy and know how to synthesize data into significant key insights.Experience you bring: You hold an advanced degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields.You have expert market insight on content topics and can facilitate decision-making through business cases.You have a fashion e-commerce background.You are fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Spanish. A third language is a plus.
