Overview: The Program Operations Department manages operations and protocols for all the programs of IE Business School with the main objective of guaranteeing both quality and efficiency in the processes and consistency across academic programs, and with the goal of positively impacting student satisfaction and faculty experience.Responsibilities: The coordinator will work closely and provide critical support to (mostly) internal stakeholders, such as Program Management, Faculty, Registrar's Office, Administration Dept., Planning, Publishing, Admissions, IT, etc.Qualifications:Strong project management skills to provide support on short-, medium- and long-term projects related to logistics, planning, communication with other departments regarding program content such as internships, electives, grade release, and other program administrative matters.Attention to detail to handle sensitive information such as grades, ethics committee matters, and other administrative tasks such as compiling and organizing student data and other program-related information.Proficient in Excel (i.e., capturing and recording important data, using shortcuts and formula functions, sorting and filtering data).Problem-solving skills to quickly address concerns, queries, and feedback in a constructive and action-oriented manner.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in English and Spanish.Team player that enjoys working with others in a collaborative environment, demonstrates a pro-active/positive attitude.Strong leadership skills to deliver and receive constructive feedback, to effectively communicate deadlines, objectives, concepts, and ideas.Must possess the ability to see the "big picture" behind projects, daily endeavors and transmit this vision to others, particularly when leading a project or individuals. A coordinator is resourceful, creative, and a problem solver.
