By leveraging fundcraft's platform, we streamline and optimize client processes, working seamlessly together to ensure efficient and reliable product delivery.About the Role:This position offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in fund administration, particularly in the area of fund reporting. As part of our team, you will participate in a comprehensive training program, covering everything from data collection and compilation to report review and data transmission. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Product Development department to streamline and automate processes, driving efficiency across our reporting functions.Key Responsibilities: Follow the training for a clear understanding of the guidelines related to the different reporting and specific requirements associated with the reporting. Access the fundcraft's platform, and review the data collected in the context of the preparation of the reports. Identify any missing mandatory data and liaise with the relevant team. Ensure the completeness of the report and data accuracy. Escalate any issues to the team leader. Organise the work to avoid any delays in the sending. Ensure appropriate access on third parties portal to facilitate the sending of the reporting. Report to the team leader on the activity via a monitoring dashboard. Support and partner with the team in day-to-day duties related to the transmission of reporting to third parties. Facilitate the production of reports covering all the fund administration activities ensuring timely and accurate internal and external communications. Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit/Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.- Strong communication in English both written and spoken.Skills & Expected Behaviours:- Ability to prioritise workload effectively, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reporting.- Exhibit a dynamic and proactive approach, with a strong commitment to continuous learning, adapting to new information and methodologies as needed
