Missions description: We are looking for Project Managers to lead key AI Initiatives in 2024 as per the AI Strategy: Initiate the governance and onboarding of key stakeholders (IT, Data, Business, Architecture, Security, Data Privacy).
Support the definition of the AI solution.
Define clear timelines and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to specifications.
Proactively engage all required teams (products, working groups, business functions – sales/underwriting, compliance, etc.)
by establishing and sustaining accountability to ensure they are actively involved in the project and assure seamless deployment.
Define and monitor the project scope (content, cost, detailed project plan) within the constraints of quality, cost, time, and functional perimeter.
Identify dependencies and maintain a risk register; manage risks/mitigations and any issues as they arise, collaborating with senior business or technical roles as required to resolve them.
Organise and lead Project Steering Committees and coordinate all streams ensuring efficient progress updates and stakeholder support.
Prepare the right reporting, tailored to the targeted audience, with proper monitoring/tracking and decision-making material.
For that purpose, consolidate statuses and KPIs from impacted products and/or teams (in terms of budget, planning, risks, and mitigants).
Lead/Support Business readiness and maintain up-to-date deployment (including local roll-out), adoption plans, and expected benefits in accordance with the business case.
Responsible for handing over operation of delivered capabilities to BAU support set-up/operating model.
Facilitate/support the change management for the post-go-live process and training plans.
Ensure project alignment with the methodologies used (Agile, DevOps) in line with the architectural, data, safety, and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements: 4 years+ of experience in Project Management (experience in large/international project or program management is a plus) within an AI context, working with Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, Business Representatives, and IT.
Required Technical Skills: Practical/hands-on approach to deliver concrete results and to structure the environment necessary to drive actions.
Proven Project Management experience in a global environment - able to support the implementation of the required governance.
Ability to anticipate risks or mitigate their impact/likelihood once they occur.
Optional Technical Skills: Knowledge & experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Transformation programs.
Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies/frameworks.
Business acumen: Familiarity with insurance/assistance.
Strong financial background.
Practical knowledge of Process design as well as Systems Architecture principles.
