Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
Define the Project Contracting PlanManage requests for offers to SubcontractorsPrepare the Master Subcontractor ListQualify SubcontractorsAgree on contractual conditions of the Project, together with the clientLead the preparation of the Master Bid Package, with the technical and commercial contentIssuance of Requests for Offer in the purchasing toolClarifications of offersPreparation of the Final Bid Tabulation with the Subcontractor recommendationPreparation of Subcontract orders, together with the clientMonitoring of commercial and contractual matters during the execution of contracted workClosing of contracts and drafting of the closing reportCompliance with Security, Budget and Planning objectives.

About You
We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
Minimum 2 years of previous experience performing similar functions in industrial engineering companies carrying out projects related to oil and gas and/or energy transitionPrevious work experience valuableDegree in Engineering. Training related to purchasing or international trade will also be valued.English level B2 or higher. Other languages such as French and/or German will be consideredAvailability to work in subcontract administration on site is highly valued.
