This is not a remote role. The Engineering organization is the largest group at Eventbrite which is currently rapidly growing in Spain. In this role, you will support the Vice President of Engineering and Spain Managing Director, playing a vital role in continuous communication with our teams in India and the US. As the EA of the Spain Managing Director, you will also be responsible for all the local administrative tasks support and ensuring we set up the best experience for our britelings. THE TEAM Eventbrite's mission is to bring the world together through live experiences and the Engineering team plays a critical role in serving the needs of our Eventbrite Creators and Consumers by leveraging the Development resources of Briteland. Our VPs are leading global teams of strategically-minded individuals to bring the needs of our Creators and Consumers to fruition in our Platform. In this role, you will have access to some of the most forward-looking information on where the company is headed and will be trusted to nurture and protect it. THE ROLE As an Executive Assistant, you will bring your expertise to Eventbrite and provide administrative support to the Vice President of Engineering and Managing Director (Spain). Your project management and administrative skills will help you organize meetings and events, maintain calendars, file expense reports, open purchase orders, and manage travel arrangements. You, along with the Executive Assistant in the US, will help run operational meetings for the Engineering organization as well as obtain and create content for presentations and monthly reports. You will be expected to join team meetings and be an important liaison that will support and represent the teams in India, Spain, and the US. In our hybrid working environment, you will help us to find creative ways of fostering connections around the globe. We're looking for someone who is a pro at working independently and proactively. You will be committed to "making the trains run on time" and supporting your executives in day-to-day operations as well as being strategic in handling conflicts. Also, in your support role as an office manager, you will play a key role in creating the very special culture that Eventbrite is known for while supporting the highest business priorities and top-level communications. You'll drive and coordinate both our external and internal events and participate in our internal culture-fostering forums.
