As a Hotel Contract Loader, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining contracts, rates, and agreements into our property management system. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data entered.Responsibilities Inputting contracts, rates, and agreements into the hotel's database or property management system.Verifying the accuracy of contract details, including room types, rates, terms, and conditions.Liaising with sales, revenue management, and reservations teams to obtain necessary contract information.Ensuring timely and efficient loading of contracts to meet operational requirements.Troubleshooting and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to contract loading.Maintaining organized records of all contracts and related documentation.Assisting with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.Requirements Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Excel and property management systems (PMS).Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
