This role plays a pivotal part in managing HR operations and enhancing employee engagement strategies. You will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting our organizational goals.Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including offer letters, background checks, orientation, and training.Ensure accurate HR data management and HRIS administration to support organizational needs.Administer employee benefit programs, communicate benefits packages, and address employee inquiries.Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, data analysis, and action plan development.Support performance management processes by providing data analysis and guidance to stakeholders.Assist in talent development efforts by advising on career development opportunities and maintaining the talent pool.What we need to see from you: Career Break: You must have taken a career break of at least 3 years (e.G., for family commitments, personal reasons, sabbatical, etc.) and are now looking to return to the workforce.Professional Background: Minimum 3 years of previous experience and expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, or related roles.Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and tools.Self-Motivation: Proactive and driven to succeed.
