.Vice President, Asset ManagementVirtual Req #3665 Friday, June 28, 2024CA Ventures is seeking a real estate professional with a minimum of seven years of relevant commercial real estate experience for the position of Vice President, Asset Management.Experience in asset and investment management is required, with advanced analytics experience preferred. The position reports into the Executive Vice President of Anthology Senior Living and will provide an opportunity to work in a growing firm focused on senior living development and investment.CA Ventures provides an exciting, dynamic and growing environment with a best-in-class benefits package.This position will focus on Anthology Senior Living, CA Ventures senior living real estate investment and development arm.Over the past seven years, Anthology has acquired or developed 50 properties valued at over $3bn. This is a remote position and will serve Anthology properties that are located nationwide, from coast-to-coast.Responsibilities: Drive value and manage risk through the generation and implementation of asset strategies.Manage a portfolio of assets to execute business plans and maximize investor returns.Direct operations teams to drive optimal performance.Represent and lead Anthology relationship with both institutional investors and lenders (private equity firms, funds, banks, etc).Monitor the investment from the development stage through disposition, with an emphasis on initial lease-up and stabilization.Lead monthly cash forecasting, quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes with capital partners.Evaluate investment and property operating performance and work with the operations team to realign as necessary to achieve respective goals and objectives.Analyze and review monthly financial statements and operational statistics.Prepare strategic asset reviews and hold/sell analyses and present recommendations to executive team.Lead monetization strategies across portfolio of properties, including recapitalizations, refinances, and sales.Manage lender relationships, ensure lender compliance and oversee property refinancing.Visit assets and markets to monitor performance and investment opportunities and cultivate/enhance market relationships.Review and provide feedback to acquisitions team on new investment opportunities.Drive and manage the revenue strategy and work closely with the operations team and capital partners on execution.Manage relationships and provide oversight with consultants, brokers, contractors, vendors, lenders, and legal counsel.Master the custom-built portfolio reporting model with automated KPI metrics across Proforma, Budget, Actual and Forecast.Qualifications: Minimum of 7+ years of prior real estate asset management and investment analytical experience.4+ years of prior Senior Living / Senior Housing real estate experience.Experience in budgeting, data modeling, real estate finance, and advanced data analytics
