Coordinate and lead the GL Protein team, ensuring all tasks are covered and fostering a spirit of communication and teamwork within the team.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate, support, and lead daily operations of the General Ledger area: General Accounting, US GAAP Reporting, Accounts Reconciliation and analysis, Projects.Handle Month/Quarter/Year End closing tasks: US GAAP Reporting in HFM, Consolidation, Intercompany, Accruals, Prepaid, Taxes.Analyze General Ledger services provided to all European Protein business units and lead the review, evaluation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee best quality and accuracy under a Service Level Agreement framework.Ensure all general ledger transactions are performed under a strong internal controls framework.Minimum Requirements:
Studies related to Finance or Accounting.4-5 years of experience in General Accounting & Accounting in a multinational company OR 1-2 years of experience as Team Coordinator.SSC experience is a plus.Knowledge of ERP solutions.Strong PC skills.High level of English is a must; another EU language is a plus.
