Mission of the roleGenerate sales leads through communication, marketing, events and product marketing activities. Develop a strong brand image in line with the company's mission, vision and values and ensure brand image consistency across business units. Ensure Engagement and Up- and cross-selling to further NPAW products within the existing NPAW customer base.
ResponsibilitiesDefine the marketing strategy in consultation with the business leadership (C-level and BU leaders).Manage the marketing budget effectively and efficiently.People management of the marketing team members.Increase brand awareness through the identification, plan and execution of relevant activities.Oversee all LinkedIn, Google and further online campaigns to increase the brand awareness of NPAW.Budget, plan and execute NPAW's presence in industry events and key trade shows.Support sales by creating, improving and updating all sales enablement materials for all products of the NPAW suite.Manage brand image by leading all design activities from the company.Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies and manage the external PR agency.Monitor and manage the creation of content to create industry awareness and to be seen as the thought leader in the industry.Report to C-level executives goals, progress, key indicators and ROI of the MKT department.Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure their product is positioned competitively.Manage business and marketing Partnerships globally.
