Ktt793 International Scientific Alliance Director

This role is responsible for the KOL Engagement strategy at international level establishing and strengthening the brand Alcon with the right SoV and messaging delivering. Provides countries and Regions with clear guidelines and support in their KOL mapping, engagement, and development.**Major Accountabilities**:- International KOL Management Strategy design: Mapping, Segmentation, Development and Engagement- Assures a right balance in our Mapping: KOL, FOL, DOL and gender diversity.- Provide KOL strategy, selection guidance,and engagement guidance for key NPLs- Deliver podium share of voice support by working aligned with Med Affairs and Marketing needs- Relationship management for the large/important international KOLs- Support Local or International ad boards or speaker events, providing International KOLs based on Local Market needs and aligned with business priorities- Support International on HCP Engagement tools (ALEX/CASE) implementation**Education**:Advanced scientific degree (MD, Ph.D., OD, ) or Degree in Health Care Education or relevant professional experience**Languages**:Fluency in English**Experience**:- Proven successful track record in KOL relationship management. Trusted leader amongst customer and KOLs- Deep knowledge of the ophthalmic business- Excellent understanding and shared vision of the Sx business strategy and ability to drive HCP Development & Engagement to ensure best-in-class Alcon reputation- Preferred experience in Medical Device Marketing positions**Competency/ Technical Skills**:- High level of communication and presentations skills (high EQ)- Proven experience in technical or medical education and planning- Inspire, motivate and coach team members- Strategic mindset that can create a strategic vision,align the organization behind it, and bring it successfully to life in international markets**Location**:Preferably Europe or in a time zone with Maximum 4h difference with Geneva**Travelling**Aprox. 30% of his/her time#J-18808-Ljbffr
