Key Responsibilities:Customer Impact: Plan and deploy customer success strategies, conduct account-level reviews, and manage escalations. Customize product delivery to align with customer's technical environment. Drive product adoption and value realization leading to renewal and growth.Partnership: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop success plans, assess customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure renewals. Partner with the Professional Services team for implementations and extended expertise deployments. Coordinate customer delivery with team members, including engineering and professional services.Your Experience:Required: Fluent in German.5+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, project management, consulting, or relationship management.Expertise in software product or service delivery, preferably in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Kubernetes container and DevSecOps tools.Experience managing customer escalations, balancing expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions.Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to thrive in a matrixed team environment anchored by values of Collaboration, Disruption, Execution, Inclusion, and Integrity.Preferred: Experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Network Security, or Security Operations.Client-focused program management experience.Benefits:Competitive salary.Opportunity for remote work.Professional development.Access to the latest technologies and tools.
