Intern Value Engineering, EnablementThe Role: Value Engineers (VE) are spearheading our mission of data-driven business transformation with our customers.
VEs work in partnership with the Celonis Sales Teams and have full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of our customers.
To become a Value Engineer requires deep knowledge across our core products, processes & use cases, value realization, and customer success domains.
To equip our VE organization and ultimately support our customers on their path to value, we have a dedicated VE Enablement Team.
Our goal is to onboard VEs as efficiently as possible and provide relevant and timely training to upskill the field.
The internship position within the team will involve you in various awareness, onboarding, and upskilling initiatives that equip our VE field teams to excel in their day-to-day jobs.
This role reports directly to the Value Engineering Enablement Manager.
The work you'll doHelp drive the Value Engineering enablement strategy: Define and prioritize the key onboarding and upskilling programs which help our team to drive value with their customers using Celonis.Support the execution of strategic learning programs: Work alongside the Senior Value Engineers on the team to help them drive effective program design, management, and deliver a best-in-class enablement experience.Create and maintain key assets: You'll get to create and edit learning content as well as ensure proper storage of enablement materials & assets in appropriate knowledge repositories.Coordinate enablement communications with key stakeholders: Liaise with multiple teams across different projects to help advance enablement outcomes.Collaborate in local Madrid Hub initiatives: Join forces with our vibrant Madrid Hub teams in supporting various inter-departmental projects that help elevate the learning experience across our teams.The qualifications you needUndergraduate or Masters degree in the field of Business Analytics, Customer Experience, Business Management/Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.Experience in SaaS sales, customer success or consulting is a plus.Passionate and proactive individual eager to learn and contribute.Excellent project management & organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different timezones.Ability to comprehend complex and interconnected topics to drive structured outputs.Hands-on, pragmatic and results-oriented working style.Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English (German, Spanish or other languages proficiency are a plus, but not a requirement).Creative flair and a curiosity for new and innovative ways of doing things.
