What moves us is offering our customers a positive experience with our product and our brand and to enjoy the moment.As a Logistics Intern you will be responsible for:Control outbound: keep checking on new orders (Retail and Wholesale), preparation re-orders (prioritizing / pending), shipping zone, outbound documentation correctly created and VAS coordination.Control inbound: review booking list, status of inbound ASN and escalate it, prioritize inbound deliveries, and follow-up discrepancy handling and incidents with the Headquarter in Spain.Supply Chain interface with internal customers (both local and overseas): receive and manage logistics/transport incidents forwarded by internal customers from various departments from overseas and local office, stores and wholesale customers, continuous improvement process with feedback from sales channels, proactively inform Sales team in case of delays/change of priorities, and other support local office.Inventory control and audits.Incident handling transport.Customs clearance USA.Import transportation management.You are the person we are looking for if:You are studying a bachelor's degree in ADE, Economics or similar. If you are studying a master's in supply chain, it is a plus.You are strong in MS Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word). Basic SAP Knowledge is an advantage.Strong communication, team oriented, and results driven. Proactive and positive attitude. Excellent analytical capability.First experience in logistics/transport environment is an advantage (logistic companies or client side).Fluent in English.Availability for a 6-month internship.
