We're looking for an exceptional Paid Performance Manager to join us at a critical time of growth!
About the role: Reporting to the Head of Marketing, our Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth and leading a team of PPC specialists.
As the owner of our paid acquisition channels in 11+ countries (paid search, paid social, affiliates, display, video, etc), you'll be responsible for budget allocation, pre-campaign analysis, setting up campaigns in different languages, conducting post-campaign analysis, and creating ads to attract potential customers.
You're an analytical thinker who is proactive, detail-oriented and possesses the technical expertise to effectively manage large-scale and global campaigns on PPC/SEM channels that deliver high-volume growth.
You'll ensure the highest performance KPIs and permanently innovate management approaches across all funnel steps.
You must also be able to think strategically and tactically and be comfortable with a growing startup's fast-paced nature.

What you'll be doing:
Lead, manage and own high-volume performance growth, including goal setting, channel and budget allocation, creative strategy and measurement/optimization. Lead and manage a team of PPC specialists. Plan, manage & optimize our global performance campaigns on existing paid channels (Google Ads, Google Display, Bing ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, etc). Build rules and technical requirements for further automation of campaigns and bid management. Run tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI. Run reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Evaluate performance marketing channels through CAC, and other marketing KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROA, CLTV. Identify new markets and opportunities to create new paid campaigns. Explore and develop new marketing channels to drive new customer acquisition. Experienced in cross-channel attribution to mine campaign performance insights and drive future campaign testing. We're looking for someone who:

Minimum 3 years experience managing PPC campaigns across Google ads, Bing ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube and other paid channels. Proven experience working in a SaaS company. Experience in cross-channel attribution and with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Data Studio. Experience with software like automated bidding and scripts will be preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Another European language is a plus (i.e.
Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese or German). Undergraduate or master's studies in business or a technical field.
