What You Can ExpectSupport in all functions derived from the day to day in a department of international accounting.Upload in SAP accounting data information received from external accounting providers from different countries and collaborate with the team holding proper communication with them.Prepare and upload account, cash reconciliations and Journal Entries support.Analyze, review and clear different General Ledger accounts.Review travel expense notes and ensure that there is supporting documentation.Process invoices received from suppliers.Other accounting and administrative tasks that may arise.What You Bring to the TableEducation: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Administration and Finance / ADE / Economics.
Experience: Demonstrated working experience in accounting or financial reporting analysis. Basic knowledge of US GAAP or other European GAAP is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge or experience in accounts payable management.
- Time management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Medium or advanced level of English will be a plus.
- SAP FI experience or any other ERP is a plus.
