Create sense.Position: Sales AnalystLocation: Alicante, SpainYour mission:- Responsible for supporting and coordinating tools and analysis for the sales team, necessary for decision-making and tracking corporate objectives.- Collaborate in the preparation of launches and corporate projects related to sales.- Descriptive and predictive analysis of business evolution.- Responsible for the CRM platform and its continuous improvement.Your functions:- Creation and development of tools and reports for the commercial team/sales management.- Development of reports with corporate KPIs.- Monitoring of commercial development projects.- Responsible for reports and preparation of commercial information required by HQ.- Sales forecasts.- Introduction and analysis of data in periodic commercial management reports.- Participation and monitoring of continuous improvement projects in the commercial area.- Participation in product launches, coordinating with the sales department.- Coordination of sales network training, introduction of information into the system.- SFDC Key User. Monitoring and updating information.- Design and creation of dashboards.- Commercial administration. Budgets, contract management, preparation and monitoring of commercial agreements.Required profile:- Degree in Economics/Computer Science/Mathematics.- Experience and/or certification in SFDC is valued.- Postgraduate training in commercial management control is valued.- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Analyst/Commercial Controller.- Knowledge of sales processes and customer service.- Ability to work with strict deadlines, organization, and planning.- Strong analytical skills, teamwork capability.- Advanced MS Office user. Advanced Excel skills valued. Knowledge of SAP valued.- High level of English.
