Join our team in Madrid as Senior Treasury Manager and contribute to manage all aspects of our internal and external financing transactions as well as supporting the group's credit management and working capital management processes.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:Maintaining the capital markets sourcing strategy for the group (when, why and how the group should procure or repay external financing)Managing the negotiation and issuance of new bonds and other debt capital market instrumentsManaging the group's syndicated revolving credit facility (RCF) and other large loan facilities including negotiation, renewals, extensions, changes, and reportingIntercompany financing including loans, dividends, and capital injections from application to executionPerforming capital structure reviews for subsidiaries and suggesting required actionsCalculating the group's M&A capacityEnsuring an active dialogue with rating analysts and tracking key parameters relevant to rating analystsCalculating the WACC for the group in collaboration with Group AccountingMaintaining and improving the global framework for customer credit risk managementSupporting customer credit risk management processes, e.g. through assessing and managing global service contracts with external credit rating agenciesIdentifying and initiating improvements to the net working capital management of the groupManaging a direct report with the role of Global Process Owner Credit Management & Working Capital SpecialistTo succeed in this role, you will need:Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalentAt least 6 years of working experience in a similar role, ideally with an international industrial corporationExperience with corporate treasury solutions (e.g., Bloomberg) and SW systemsGood analytical and negotiation skillsWell organized, structured, and reliable person with the ability to multitask and to work independentlyEffective communication and collaboration with senior management, finance peers and banksExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalWhat we offer you:Excellent social benefitsJoining a company recently rated as a top employer in several countriesAccess to a wide range of discounts on Everyday Shopping, Entertainment and LifestyleCentral workplace in MadridNo visa or work permit support can be provided for this role.
